Carving Wizards is what I do. But this is without a doubt the most intricate one i've done. Lately I find myself thinking that I just carved the best thing i've ever done, over and over with each subsequent carving and honestly? i'm so absolutely blown away. I mean, i'm absolutely still learning and every ones of these carvings have flaws that I can absolutely see. but they're learning tools. I see the flaw and I file it away as another thing to work on, another area to improve. i'm gonna get good at this woodcarving thing. I couldn't stop working on him, and after I finished working on the basement remodel I started whittling again and working on completing him. I just couldn't let go of him. I might add a few more details some denim stuff to those overalls before I paint him, but for the most part he's golden.
