Just finished the last bit of painting on this Hillbilly. he was an adventure. Still need to carve him a proper pipe to have him done. I keep exploring more complex (to me) forms and pushing what I think i can do. That inevitably ends in mistakes and setbacks. while I love him, I know that if I did this character again right now.. he would be worlds better. thats just the process though. #woodcarving #ozarks #missouri #woodart #hillbilly
